You understand that iAutoSale, i4sale, llc and related businesses are further referred to as ("The Company" or "We") with in this agreement, are advertising services designed to help promote products or services.

BY USING OR REGISTERING FOR THESE SERVICES, YOU SIGNIFY ELECTRONICALLY YOUR AGREEMENT TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS (the "AGREEMENT" or "TERMS OF SERVICE"). Do not use or sign up or use this service if you do not agree to these Terms of Service.

Some content is posted for promotional purposes and may not be accurate. This content maybe removed at the request of the content provider or by the Company at anytime and without monitary gain.

The language/term "You agree and understand" precedes each of the following usage agreements.

... We may relinquish any ID number for any of our products that has not been used, typically 90 days or more.

... We reserve the right to change its pricing structure on its products or services without notice.

... text messages (SMS) purchased are non-refundable. Additional text message rates and fees may apply. We offer free text message credits but we reserve the right to discontinue this offer without notice. Additional credits are purchased separately and fees may vary.

... that the signs you purchase are non-refundable/non-returnable.

... that the online talking ads are only refundable for the unused portion/time rounded up to the next incremental purchasing date/month. (example: 4 months of talking time purchased and you cancel in the middle of the 2nd month. You would will be refunded for the 3rd month and 4th months.)

... that there are no hidden fees, commissions or long term obligations for listing property on this site.

... that "The Company" is not responsible for transactions between the buyer and seller of property listed on this site.

... that banners shown and placed on this site are not reviewed on a regular basis and "The Company" can not be responsible for their content. "The Company" will remove banners that we feel do not fit the character of this site.

... that information written on a yard sign with "The Company" logo will only be relevant to the corresponding property listing shown on this site.

... that when placing a listing on this site, you are responsible for the content and accuracy of the information.

... that "The Company" may truncate your information without notice to accomodate texting, phone and web criteria.

... that you are responsible for updating, changing or deleting your listings and not "The Company".

... that if your listing is no longer available, you are responsible for removing it from our system.

... that photographs/images and video submitted to this site becomes the property of "The Company".

... that "The Company" may use your listing and any of it's content in advertising and/or promoting it's site.

... that the web site or the Talking Sign system may not be available from time to time due to technical difficulties or disruptions that are beyond our control.

... that "The Company" or it's affiliates are not liable for any damages which may result from errors in your listing or talking sign information service for failure to display your listing or render audio information on the talking sign system.

... that "The Company" reserves the right to edit or reject any listing on it's site at our discretion.

... not to post or transmit any obscene, abusive, misleading, threatening, defamatory or illegal material, or any other material that infringes on the rights of others or interferes with the ability of others to use site or service.

... that you will not use the "The Company" logo or web site service or talking sign system in an manner that will violate copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.

... that you are responsible for placing/setting/installing "The Company" signs and that "The Company" is not liable for signs not placed according to Federal, State and local ordinances.

... that "The Company" does not guarantee that your listing will be placed or accepted by Google.

... that "The Company" may at any time, without notice or liability, change or eliminate any content or feature of the web site.

... that "The Company" reserves that right to change this agreement from time to time without notification and that you agree and understand that most current "User Agreement" as shown next to the "Last Date Modified Date" below.
